Welcome to ReVIVA

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

Following the NSW public health order, from Monday, 11th October 2021, any person aged 16 years and over will need to be fully vaccinated (two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) to complete any face-to-face training.

All students will need to display evidence of their COVID-19 vaccination on entry. If you are unable to show this evidence, you are unable to enter the training room.

We anticipate that the requirements to be vaccinated in our training courses will cease on the 15th of December (or when the NSW population reaches 95% double vaccination target).

Please note:

  • If you are not currently fully vaccinated, we ask you to please move your booking until after you have received your 2nd dose, or until after the 15th of December (or when the NSW population reaches 95% double vaccination target)
  • For people with a medical exemption for not receiving the COVID-19 vaccination, please speak to your medical practitioner to have your medical contraindication added to your immunisation history.
  • In addition to these vaccination requirements, we will have strict infection control measures, adherence to physical distancing and mandatory mask wearing for both the trainer and all students.
